If you signed the blockchain transaction and funds were removed from your wallet, try waiting a couple of minutes for the block to be confirmed with the network. You can check your wallet address on the Polygonscan, Etherscan, or BSCscan websites to see if the transaction has been recorded on the blockchain. Check the corresponding website to the blockchain that you made the transaction on.
If the transaction has been processed, your payment will be completed within several business days, though it may take a couple of minutes to reflect in your wallet and a couple of business days to reflect in your bill-pay account.
