Off-Ramp Payments

TL;DR: Off-ramp transactions to RTP banks are generally processed within the hour, while transactions to non-RTP banks can take 1-3 business days as they use ACH (Automated Clearing House) processing.

At Spritz Finance, we understand the importance of efficient and timely transactions. We strive to provide our users with seamless off-ramp experiences, ensuring that funds are transferred swiftly and securely.

  1. Is the off-ramp transaction processing time instant for RTP banks?
Off-ramp transactions to banks that use the Real-Time Payments (RTP) network are generally processed within the hour.

  2. How long does it take for off-ramp transactions to non-RTP banks?
Off-ramp transactions to banks that are not RTP enabled will be processed using next-day ACH (Automated Clearing House), which can take 1-3 business days. The processing time is longer for non-RTP banks due to the clearing processes involved in ACH transactions. We send the payment instantly, but it may take several days for your bank to process and post the payment to your account.

  3. Which banks use the RTP network for instant off-ramp transactions?
Spritz Finance works with a wide range of banks that support the RTP network, facilitating near-instant off-ramp transactions for their customers. Some notable examples of banks that utilize the RTP network include Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase, and Wells Fargo.

  4. What should I do if my off-ramp transaction takes longer than expected?
If you notice a delay in your off-ramp transaction, please follow these steps:

    1. Check your bank account: Ensure that you have correctly entered the account details for the off-ramp transaction. Double-check the accuracy of the provided information to rule out any potential errors.

    2. Contact our support team: If you have confirmed that the account details are correct and you still experience a delay, please contact our dedicated support team. They will assist you in resolving the issue promptly and ensuring your transaction is processed as quickly as possible.

Bill Payments

We send your crypto bill payment to your billing provider when you confirm the transaction in your wallet. From there, the financial institution may take several days to process and post the payment to your account.

  1. How long does it take for bill payments to appear in my account?

Typically, bill payments via Spritz Bill Pay take up to 3-4 business days for the payment to have cleared your bill pay account. You will receive an email notification as soon as the bill pay reaches your account, and you can track In-progress and Completed bill payments directly from the app.

  2. My bill payment is due soon, should I pay ahead of time to account for the 3-4 day window?

Yes. We recommend paying your bill a couple of days in advance to prevent any issues with late payments. Many billing providers will mark the account as paid when they receive the payment, but it may still take several days to process.

  3. My payment has been marked as confirmed on Spritz but has not appeared in my account. Is it lost?

If your payment has been marked as completed but still has not appeared in your account, please contact our customer support so that we can check on your payment.
