We require our users to set-up 2-factor authentication to secure their accounts with their phone number for security purposes before proceeding with onboarding. Check that the number you added is correct and re-send the text message authentication.

If you're still failing the authentication but you're a US resident or have a government-issued US identification, reach out to our team for assistance.
