There could be several reasons that you failed identity verification when setting up your Spritz profile. If you failed identity verification, reach out to our customer support chat to resolve the issue. Below are a few reasons why you may have failed:

  • The name you put into your verification did not match the name on your government ID exactly.

  • Your birth date information is wrong or mistyped.

  • If you were asked to take a picture of your ID but failed, it's possible that the photo was not clear enough.

  • You are not in the US or don't have a US SSN or mailing address.
