  • Request the code again: Sometimes, triggering it a second time helps.

  • Wait a few minutes: It may take a couple of minutes for the email to arrive.

  • Check your spam or junk folder: The email might have been filtered there.

  • Search your inbox: Look for an email from Spritz or with "code" in the subject.
