The promotional period runs from May 21, 2024, at 9:00 am ET to 11:59 pm June 20, 2024 ET.
US & Canada off-ramp (crypto → fiat) transactions.
Included transaction types: ACH transfer to bank, RapidPay, and push to debit card
Transactions of this type using any Solana-based token, receive 0% fee in the app.
Promotion applies until the user’s gross transaction volume on Solana (including on-ramps) reaches $5,000.
US on-ramp (fiat → crypto) transactions
Transactions of this type (through bank transfer) receive a daily fee rebate in the form of Spritz credits which can be used for bank transfer, Spritz Card, bill pay, and more.
Promotion applies until the user’s gross transaction volume on Solana (including off-ramps) reaches $5,000.
Wire transfers excluded
EU / UK on-ramp and off-ramp transactions
The promotion applies to your first Solana transaction only, of either on or off-ramp type.
For on-ramp (fiat → crypto), the transaction must have a value of up to EUR 4,600 or GBP 3,900 to qualify.
The amount applies to the amount sent by the user to their virtual account.
For example, if 3,900 GBP is sent to an account, that user will receive 3,900 GBP worth of USDC (ie. no fee). Anything above that will be charged the standard fees.
For off-ramp (crypto → fiat), the transaction must be less than 5,000 USDC or USDT to qualify

Throughout the promotional period, all Solana transactions will accrue 500 $SpritzPointz, even if the user no longer qualifies for fee-free transactions.
Additional Promotion Conditions
Participants must be distinct and unique legal individuals who have completed KYC verification as required by Spritz Finance and hold a Spritz account in good standing.
Promotion benefits will not be applied retroactively after the Solana promotion ends.
Spritz Finance reserves the right to withhold eligibility for the promotion if it suspects fraudulent activity, abuse, manipulation, or any other violation of these conditions.
All promotion terms, including these, may be changed at the discretion of Spritz Finance.
Spritz Finance may modify, suspend, or end the Solana Launch Promotion at any time and for any reason without prior notice. Participants acknowledge and agree that such changes will not result in any liability to Spritz Finance.
