My payment was not received by my bill-provider by the due date.

Occasionally our system may take a couple of days to reflect that a payment was made either on our end or in your bill-pay account. If your payment says it was confirmed on time on our end, it will likely take a couple of business days to reflect in your account. Contact our support team and we can verify that the payment was actually sent and made it to your provider on time.
