If your payment hasn’t appeared in your bill provider’s account by the due date, don’t worry! Sometimes, payments take a couple of days to process and reflect in either our system or your provider’s account.

What to Check:

✅ If your payment shows as confirmed on our end, it’s likely still processing and should appear in your provider’s account within a few business days.
✅ Some bill providers take longer to update their records, especially over weekends or holidays.

What Should You Do?

If your payment is marked as sent but hasn’t appeared with your provider after a reasonable time, reach out to our support team. We’ll verify that the payment was successfully processed and ensure it made it to your provider on time.
