What happens if my state is not supported anymore

What to expect if your state loses Spritz Card eligibility, including credits, alternative services, and next steps.

Spritz Card availability depends on where you live, and state eligibility is set by our card issuer. If your state is no longer supported, your Spritz Card will close, and any remaining balance on it is returned to your Spritz account as credits.

What happens to my balance

Everything else on Spritz keeps working. You can still use onramp, bill pay, and offramp with your balance and credits, and credits don't expire.

Recurring charges and subscriptions

If you have subscriptions or recurring charges billed to your Spritz Card, point those merchants to another payment method so nothing lapses.

When will support return to my state

When support returns to your state, we will notify you, and you can issue a new Spritz Card at that point.

For the current list of US states eligible for the Spritz Card, see: Which U.S. states are eligible for the Spritz Card.

Moved to a different state

If your residency has changed since your account was created, reach out to our support team. We'll walk you through the next steps and help you figure out whether Spritz Card is available in your new state.
