Resolutions for issues adding your SpritzCard to a mobile wallet.

If you’ve recently created your SpritzCard, you may need to wait for a short period before it can be added to mobile wallet services like Apple Pay or Google Wallet.

  • Wait for 1-2 Hours: After creating your SpritzCard, our system takes some time to process and activate your card for use with mobile wallet services. This is usually completed within 1-2 hours.

  • Try adding your card again later. There may be an issue with the mobile wallet that will resolve on its own. If the problem persists, get in touch with our customer support!
