You can submit a test payment (with up to $10 in Spritz credits) for any account that accepts a partial payment. Most bill-pay accounts accept partial payments, especially credit cards, but check with your billing provider if you're unsure.

Mortgage and other loan accounts may not accept partial payments unless your loan is current.
